Showing of
offices at phillip street

The challenge was to design a commercially viable building for rent, thus enhancing the visual environment of this twilight area of the city. acla:works successfully negotiated an increase in the site’s floor-area ratio, and the building was designed to maximise development. The design responds to the west facing facade with sunshade hoods and a catwalk to allow ease of maintenance. The building, completed within schedule and budget, caters for tenant flexibility and future expansion.
