Showing of
aruac house

The client requested a single story house with a feeling of open space. That can be used for entertainment. In general security was a concern. The site area was 1554 SM and with a house approaching 484 SM and generous setbacks it meant an ordered approach to site and internal planning in order to maximize the front and rear gardens. The design features include three gable roofs reflecting the Trinity hills with the central roof covering a large open living space. The roof trusses in the central roof are all exposed and end gables glazed. The entrance to the house is through a courtyard with ponds.
