located close to the queen’s park savannah, the ministry of public administration and information (mpai) building was conceived as a landmark structure to promote openness of government information. organised around a top-lit, naturally ventilated atrium, the programme for the ground floor encourages public use through the provision of a café, screening room, and media archive, while accessibility is communicated through the transparency of the glazed façade.
